Vicki Babcock has consulted in the food industry for over 35 years specializing in new product development. With a strong background working with flavor systems she has developed products for several national companies, which range from healthy sweetening systems, beverages, to nutritional food bars. She received an award for the development of the Taco Bell Hot Sauce in 1984. As a product development specialist for McCormick Schilling, she assisted the sales team with technical concerns and recipe development.
