Primordial Molecules Offers Promising Health Benefits
Friends:
Out of the earth, there are fascinating, ancient, health-rendering, probiotic, and mineral-rich, natural fermentation soil complexes–Humic and Fulvic acids that were once living materials such as plant, peat, and soil bacteria eons ago.
Humic is the larger molecule that is noted to remain in the GI tract if consumed to detoxify and work with the microbiome, but Fulvic acid, still loaded with probiotics and trace minerals, helps the microbiome as well and is a smaller molecule, absorbed systematically and intracellularly with some very intriguing and promising health findings that will be discussed.
Fulvic acid can be diverse in its composition depending on the major, composition materials and regions of sourcing on the planet.
As a note, for the most part, this fascinating compound is very safe, however, there is caution, and depending on where it is derived on the surface of the earth and the make-up of its unaltered composition that is not necessarily always uniform–that’s just the way Nature is in its variations.
Some good advice, however, safety is always first as with any dietary supplement before the importance of benefits.
Also, start minimally and build to a recommended dosage and see how well it’s tolerated.
For some, minimal or no feeling of effects. For others, can be more powerful depending on the brand, how it’s prepared, your own unique biological system, and immune system.
Quoting from Dr. Axe blog by Jillian Levy 9/3/2029:
“It seems to be mostly safe and poses few side effects because an overdose isn’t possible, considering it’s completely natural, found in all soil, and easily flushed from the system once consumed.
That said, fulvic acid side effects can still occur, but they seem to mostly affect people who take high amounts of fulvic acid in pure form. It’s best to start slowly and increase your dosage in increments to make sure you experience no side effects.”
Diluting fulvic acid is also safer than taking it alone in high amounts.
If you have a disorder that results in abnormal immune functions, such as an autoimmune disease like multiple sclerosis or rheumatoid arthritis, you shouldn’t take fulvic acid without being monitored since it can activate the immune system and complicate your condition”.
With this in mind as a prudent caution for a rare side effect in special circumstances, there is, for example, fascinating antiviral research with FA ( Fulvic Acid) looking at viral particle density “in vivo”— the look has been with HIV, flu, and even Covid–the implications and results are very exciting and a whole discussion in itself how FA demonstrates lowering viral particle density.
Research in the safety and efficacy of FA is broad and expanding, even into cardiovascular diseases especially in the endothelial lining of blood vessels which cyclooxygenase-2 inflammation is a precursor to vessel damage, subsequent foam cell, eventual cholesterol deposition, and potential calcification:

Abstract
“Alzheimer’s disease is a neurodegenerative disorder involving extracellular plaques (amyloid-β) and intracellular tangles of tau protein. Recently, tangle formation has been identified as a major event involved in the neurodegenerative process, due to the conversion of either soluble peptides or oligomers into insoluble filaments. At present, the current therapeutic strategies are aimed at natural Phyto-complexes and polyphenolics compounds able to either inhibit the formation of tau filaments or disaggregate them. However, only a few polyphenolic molecules have emerged to prevent tau aggregation, and natural drugs targeting tau have not been approved yet. Fulvic acid, a humic substance, has several nutraceutical properties with potential activity to protect cognitive impairment. In this work, we provide evidence to show that the aggregation process of tau protein, forming paired helical filaments (PHFs) in vitro, is inhibited by fulvic acid affecting the length of fibrils and their morphology. In addition, we investigated whether fulvic acid is capable of disassembling preformed PHFs. We show that the fulvic acid is an active compound against preformed fibrils affecting the whole structure by diminishing the length of PHFs and probably acting at the hydrophobic level, as we observed by atomic force techniques. Thus, fulvic acid is likely to provide new insights in the development of potential treatments for Alzheimer’s disease using natural products”.
Summary of Potential Benefits From “Healthline” 4/24/20:
“May lower cholesterol. Animal studies suggest that fulvic acid may decrease LDL (bad) cholesterol. According to a human study in 30 people, it may also raise HDL (good) cholesterol (17, 18Trusted Source).
May improve muscle strength. In a 12-week study in 60 adults with obesity, 500 mg of shilajit daily helped improve muscle strength. Plus, an 8-week study in 63 active men showed similar results with the same amount of this compound (19Trusted Source, 20Trusted Source).
May relieve altitude sickness. Shilajit has been used for centuries to treat altitude sickness. Fulvic acid may help treat this condition by enhancing immune response, stimulating energy production, and improving oxygen levels (5Trusted Source).
May boost cellular function. Animal research demonstrates that shilajit may preserve the function of mitochondria, the energy-producing organelle of cells (21).
May have anti-cancer properties. Some test-tube studies indicate that shilajit may induce cancer cell death and prevent the spread of certain cancer cells. However, more research is needed (22Trusted Source).
May boost testosterone. A 3-month study in 96 men found that taking 500 mg of shilajit per day significantly increased testosterone levels, compared with a placebo group (23Trusted Source).
May enhance gut health. Ayurvedic medicine has used shilajit for centuries to enhance gut health. Some research suggests that it may positively affect gut bacteria, enhance nutrient absorption, and improve digestive disorders (4Trusted Source).
Although fulvic acid and shilajit are associated with many potential health benefits, human studies are fairly limited.”
My parting recommendation, use a new product intelligently, slowly, and be diligent in recognizing any side effects–choose your supplier carefully, ask lots of questions–Fulvic Acid could be remarkable and it can also be quite powerful for your system!
